A heartfelt thank you from all of us here at S A Guide-Dogs to everyone who contributed to our annual Carols by Candlelight and first Christmas Market that was held on Saturday 22 November.
In spite of load shedding, wind and rain, the event was a great success with more than 700 people through the gates. There was a wonderful line-up of entertainment which included singing, breakdancing and even doggy dancing. The festivities included a visit from Father Christmas, who chatted to the children and handed out sweets.
This years Carols also included the drawing of the 2014 annual car raffle which was conducted by Roland Chapman, Business Manager, Nedbank Business Banking, Gauteng West. The lucky winner was Karen Joubert .
